                              RESOLUTION NO. 20970
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 PARKS AND RECREATION AND THE CITY FINANCE 
                 OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, RESPECTIVELY, A 
                 LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CORNERSTONE 
                 ORGANIZATION FOR THE LEASE OF THE WALNUT STREET 
                 BRIDGE ON SEPTEMBER 28, 1996.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation and the City Finance Officer be and are 
       hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, a Lease 
       Agreement with The Cornerstone Organization for the lease of the 
       Walnut Street Bridge on September 28, 1996.
